  Pre pandemic this place was sooo good. Lately, not so much. Please do better & go back to serving killer sandwiches; I really do love Jimmy Johns & would hate to skimp!

  Literally the most basic sandwich on the entire planet. Took a while over one hour to even get it to my door. One slice of meat and a few veggies. Go somewhere else! Find another sandwich shop because this is garbage.

  2/2 on recent deliveries taking over an hour outside of typical rush times. Last order took over 2 hours before I finally called the store for a refund. Pretty underwhelmed with service here.

  Honestly they should change their slogan to disappointingly slow, mediocre food. An hour plus to get your food delivered even if you order outside the lunch rush. There are better, cheaper, and faster options. Why waste your money here.

  The service is fast and efficient, the staff works hard and deserve more cash tips. My sandwich is made perfectly every day, and there are always enough employees on every shift I have seen. I love the wheat bread and the pebble ice for the fountain soda.
