  40 minute wait on one sandwich. Unacceptable for a place that prides itself on being ridiculously slow. NOT coming back for seconds. Jimmy johns got in touch with me, actually called my number and apologized. Thought that was a real nice touch.

  I love JJ's for a quick lunch. While you can count on the fast sandwich making and a consistent flavor, the other details could be improved upon. Our cashier mumbled and would not make eye contact. She would not even look up when we asked a question about switching up the meats on a sandwich for a child. Just grumbled and said no, would have to charge extra for salami instead of prosciutto. Every table in this location was covered in crumbs. I'll stick to other locations for future sandwich cravings.

  It's jimmy John's. You know what you're getting. The food is pretty fair, but it is pretty cheap, which is hard to find in Austin.

  Great location of Jimmy John's. I used to live down the street from it and was constantly there. The staff are nice and it's really quick service. Also a great place to pop into after being out!
