  The cashier was very sweet, polite, and patient. Very happy to get treated so well and of course the food is pretty tasty. :)

  Horrible customer service and inaccurate orders. I called about an incorrect order and was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. I eventually decided it wasn't worth my time. Jimmy John's has officially lost my business and I will be spreading the word. If you want disappointment, this is the place to be.

  The store it's self is slow inside but they get allot of deliveries. That is why I stick to going in. Always fast service. Might see if they are hiring. Always friendly. Not bad at all Jimmy Johns. You guys keep rocking out.

  It's easy to complain about a food chain, but Jimmy Johns always does the best they can. I placed an order online, and they already had a busy lunch. When I came in they were out of Roast Beef, and Turkey. They offered to compensate me via free cookie/drink/full refund, and I declined. They where kind, helpful, and continued to use the best Customer Service throughout the entire order. 5 out of 5 stars, solely due to their amazing customer service, when faced with a situation.

  Jimmy John's (Bell Rd.) Great service. Rachel went above and beyond with her great customer service. Even replaced my sandwich when I dropped it. Without me having to ask. It was my fault. But they came to the rescue. Oh, the sandwich was good too. Thank You!
