  One of the delivery guys from this location stole my roommates phone last night from our house after walking all the way to my roommate's bedroom to "grab the receipt" after he told her to go grab a pen to sign it. We noticed right away when he left he had taken it, yelled at him to bring it back but he biked away. Tried calling and tracking it but he already had turned it off, a pro! We went to jimmy john's to get it back but (surprisingly) they just laughed and wouldn't tell the delivery guy to come back. By the time he got back (which was about 30 minutes after we arrived at the store since they wouldn't call him in) he had already removed the phone from his person so that there was no evidence. There was a manager, a general manager, and an employee there that encouraged the behavior by laughing with him on his return, telling us we couldn't do anything with no evidence. The delivery guy's name was Marcus, he wore a red jacket while he was biking, so if you're ballsy enough to order from here I would ask to not get him because he'll take your stuff. Thank god her laptop wasn't out. They said he was new there, but he must already be extremely valuable to them if they are indifferent to their customers getting things stolen from them after paying for their sandwich and tipping the man for his time ☕️🐸

  Wish I could give the same number of stars as there are brain cells in the entire jj staff... 0. Waited an hour and half with no delivery. Called to check and was told it would be on the way. 40 minutes later was told I never placed an order. Dumbest group of individuals I have ever dealt with. Will not be ordering here again.

  They've gotten my order wrong a few times but have been really gracious about it each time. They are used to serving cheap college kids so tip your delivery guys well.

  Freaky fast has taken on a new meaning. One of my friends had a bike-on-bike collision with an employee of this store who was discourteous and rude in an attempt to make everything proceed quicker. My friend ended up with serious injuries and broken bones! The biker cursed at my friend. Whatever happened to Minnesota nice?
