  Edit: 05/24/2018 - It seems like they fired whoever was managing and hired some new delivery staff. Delivery times are back to about 20 min. Good on you, Jimmy Johns. -- I worked as a Freaky-Fast delivery driver at the MLK store in Austin for 3 years. The standard was: by the time the customer hung up the phone, if he/she didn't have a sandwich in 5-15 minutes, it was considered a managerial and delivery driver's failure. So management helped their drivers ensure that this time window was consistently met even when taking 3-5 orders at a time. This location has unjustifiably horrible delivery times. I work 6 blocks from the store, and it consistently takes 45 min to an hour (it has even taken 2 HOURS) to get a single sandwich delivered. This has to be the worst delivery service in DFW.

  Terrible location. If you order from this one expect at least an hour wait on your delivery... unacceptable from a place where the slogan is Freaky Fast Delivery.

  Have visited twice. Employees are rude, barely acknowledged me, and appeared unhappy to be here. I will not be returning to this location. The sandwiches were ok both times, not the best I've had at JJs.
