  Literally took them 5 minutes to get here!!! I was so happy and my food was delicious as always.

  I wish I had a better experience with this Jimmy John's, but it has just been a relationship full of issues. I understand ordering during a busy time (lunch) will result in a longer wait. I'm fine with that, but after waiting 40+ minutes to receive a sandwich that is different from what I ordered and a missing bag of chips I'm going to have to call it quits. All the parts I'm looking for are just not there. This isn't the first time it's happened and while you work hard to make it right, and I appreciate that, it just means I have to sit and stare at a sandwhich I can't eat because I still need to make the swap for the right one. That's just torture. C'mon Jimmy John's. I'm starving and I think I've been plenty patient with .04 mile distance between us. I wish we could make this work, but I'm just too hungry and I've waited too long for something I didn't ask for. I'm sorry, but I can't go on like this. Hopefully in the future you'll find someone else and you'll make them happy. I wish you the best of luck. Goodbye Jimmy John's. EDIT: Ordering ahead of time seems to be the trick, that or new staff/management. This Jimmy Johns now does a wonderful job of being on time and accurate. Changing my rating and my opinion. Thank you!
