  This Jimmy Johns is so slow. Second time ordering in a row, it’s taken over an hour to receive our food. Definitely not freaky fast and not living up the advertisement of service. You’d be faster to run to the grocery store, buy what you need and make a sandwich yourself. Absolutely Ridiculous.

  Sandwiches here are delicious! However, they do not offer braille menus or any other accessible format. I always have to ask the staff to read me the menu would much rather do it myself. They need to jump on the app Tappy Menu. This would make it so much easier for blind and visually impaired persons to gain easy axis to restaurant menus

  Nothing remarkable about this Jimmy John's. It is clean, quick, friendly, and has plentiful seating.

  They consistently get my order wrong. Today I corrected them when they put mayo on my sandwich and then they still messed the rest of it up. There was no other customers there. It was one sandwich. No excuses.
