  I ordered one of the tuna sandwiches from here earlier today while I was on lunch and it literally took them an hour to bring me my food when they’re located 3 minutes from my job. So when the delivery guy got there I asked if they were busy ( I could understand it being a wait if they were) but he told me NO! I was so pissed off!!! Like come on now freaky fast my ass. I’ve never has a Jimmy Johns be that slow and I eat here all the time. 😡😡😡

  Order was taken after conforming address/order info and payment, said it would be right out. Was then told they don't deliver to my location after the fact. Was proceeded to call Roosevelt location for delivery would also said they don't deliver to an address a mile away. Jimmy Johns delivery system is broken.

  Total rip off! I paid $6.29 + tax for 8" turkey sandwich and it only came with one slice of turkey! I did not want to make a big scene there so I just eat it and left. Also, that is the last time I will be going to CHEAP JOHN'S!

  This is my first time to a Jimmy John's. I was impressed by Kasey who was stocking chips when she heard I was a first time customer she asked me one question and then recommend the sandwich I ordered. It was very good too. The downside of the staff being super fast is its a bit confusing for a new customer as the male working the counter pointed to a station where they kept the condiments and I thought you were supposed to walk over and add your condiments however that's not the case you have to order at the time you place your order. So Shout out to Kasey for making my visit a positive experience.
