  WORST JIMMY JOHNS EVER. With a Reds double header and a Kevin Hart show, they apparently weren’t smart enough to know they would be busy. After waiting in line forever just to order, we were told all they had was sliced wheat bread. Since we were limited on time we said that was fine. I was shocked that we weren’t discounted considering the sliced wheat bread is MUCH smaller and not as good. We then proceeded to wait a HALF HOUR for our sandwiches to get made. I’ve been warning people as they walk in the door to go somewhere else. And not a single employee has apologized or seems to care.

  Really bad service all around. Waited 45 minutes for the sub, which they ended up getting the order wrong but I was so fed up I just left.

  Horrible rude service. Tried to make small talk waiting for our food, but the employees just stared at us rudly and told us we had to reach over the counter and bag our own sandwiches to go!!!
