Recently, this location has drastically cut back on the meat. See photo. Unfortunate. I used to order from this place twice a week. Planet Sub delivers downtown with much better sandwiches.

Delivery drivers don't get the 2.50 delivery charge. How does that even make sense? Would give a 5 star if they received more of the delivery charge

Nice sub. With the new delivery fee since the 2018 new year, it is more affordable to eat lunch at the Reata. If you do not want to pay for delivery the take out/ dine in prices are like any other downtown dine in/take prices.

We couldn't leave work this day. Ordered 2 sandwiches and chips @ 12:19 pm. Called 12:50pm to see where the oder was. Was told that order had left. Called back at 1:10 pm to cancel because we wouldn't be able to eat it. Delivery guy showed up at 1:17pm. And they are less than 2 blocks from us. This is not the first time to happen to multiple co-workers. There are now 11 people that will not use this business because they were in the room when we ordered and couldn't believe that Jimmy John's stuck us out.

If this store is an example of what Jimmy John's is like overall, then I don't know how they are staying open. Perhaps it's the amusing radio ads. We showed up about 15 minutes before closing as parking was difficult in downtown. Chose our sandwiches, they made them, and then one of the guys informs us they're closing in about 10 minutes the implication being they're going to kick us out rather than locking the doors and allowing us to eat inside. Bread is thin and bland and the sandwiches are only mediocre. PLUS, they don't toast the sandwiches or even offer the option. Subway is much better. MUCH better.
