  Super disappointed with my sandwich today and I don't think I'll ever come back. Are you guys using lesser quality ingredients now? The turkey was disgusting and I picked out more than half of it due to it being dried out and an odd color. Then I had to scrape off the guacamole because it was brown and obviously no longer good. So I ended up paying $10 for pretty much a lettuce and cheese sandwich. Still better than Subway (marginally) but I guess I'll go to Jersey Mike's from now on. Ridiculous.

  Sometimes they are super fast and others really slow. Never had an issue with my order. Over all would recommend

  I did an online order for 7 sandwich's and waited 15 min from when the order was placed before I left to pick it up. I get told that they haven't started the order, that it's against company policy to give me an ETA and that I had to wait for a long time. Their slogo of "freaky fast" is absolutely B.S.

  My order is wrong 80% of the time I come to this location. It appears to be an issue of management. I once had a manager from this location a few months back show me her bodily piercings without my consent. I think the owner/ higher ups of this location need to sort this out so the other staff aren’t so disorganized.

  Every single time I go here over the last few months it’s like they put one tiny slice I’ve meat on each sandwich. It’s embarrassing and extremely disappointing. I keep going back because I love their sandwiches but I will never go back to this location and I’m hoping it’s not a Corporate decision to start cheating us While still charging the same amount
