::I have no idea why i expected this place to be good but I'm very disappointed with the quality and price. I'll stick with damatos.

::I came here with a coupon for a free sub for equal or lesser value. When I arrived, the woman behind the counter explained that it could only be used though pick up or delivery. I told them I would place the order while I waited at Starbucks so I can get the deal. When I placed my order on the phone, there was a lot of back and forth between the manger and person on the phone. They said my coupon would be accepted and I asked how long it would take and the person on the phone responded "as fast as possible." I waited 20 minutes then went back. When I got there, the same woman was behind the counter and began with "So the coupon can't be accepted" and I was like really all this over a coupon? I just want my sandwich and want to leave. So I asked if they even made one of the sandwiches and they said no, this was just absolutely ridiculous. What a waste of time, I asked to talk to the manger who turned out to be George. He said he couldn't accept the coupon and that its only redeemable at the location that the coupon was delivered from which does not say that on the coupon. Also, why couldn't they have explained this on the phone? After all, they did put me on hold for this. I really wanted to punch this guy in the face. I asked for the district managers number and he showed me a plaque on the wall and said to contact this number. I asked him to write the number for me and he kept pointing saying this was the number. It turned out to be a narcotics number. This was a terrible experience, with terrible management. These sandwiches are not even that great and with all the competition they have they could have taken the coupon and apologized. Save your money and go to Panera, Noodles and Company, Whole Foods, or Jason's Deli. This place sucks.

::This is the fastest place to grab food on my lunch break. My sandwich is always ready to go before I'm even done pouring my drink.

::Freaky fast, but good. Can't go wrong with the Turkey Tom.
