  One star because nobody should be closed on any day at 5pm in downtown. Because of this I will not go here. I'll go anywhere else to not support a business that closes at stupid hours.

  Stopped by this location. Haven't been to a Jimmy John's before. Had the #3, Totally Tuna with sprouts. Very good Sandwich, veggies tasted very fresh & crisp. Chips not overly salty, good flavor . Very friendly staff. Next time I'm in the area, I will stop by.

  I love JJ but the manager at this particular location is a young girl that has no respect for customer service nor the maturity to handle things in a professional manner. It's very clear she doesn't care who comes and goes and who has a good or bad experience. The last time I went, I asked for my sandwich dressing on the side. I was stunned when she flat out refused to do it and said they had no plastic cups to put it in. I offered for her to put it in a little water cup and for some reason she would not. She didn't explain nor did she seem apologetic or kind about it. I'll forever be confused as to why such a simple request was not doable. I understand everyone has bad days, but for her to take it out on customers in such a blatant way just shows her youth and immaturity. There are so many awesome places to patronize around here with excellent food - why reward terrible customer service at this place? Hopefully they get a new manager!

  The customer service here is absolutely fantastic..the employees went out of their way to help me resolve a payment issue and get the payment reversed. Also, the sandwich was excellent in made before i could even put my wallet away. 5 stars!! -Tony
