  This place sucks and the delivery driver dont get me started...the one time they did deliver the guy was beyond rude and the EXACT SAME JIMMY JOHNS said im out of distance and im less than 2 miles away

  The worst service I have ever received at Jimmy Johns . My sandwich was wrong so they brought me the correct sandwich. Whom I spoke to a lady manager. She was apologetic and said I had a credit for the next time I ordered . I just recently called and ordered and the man manager on duty insisted there was no credit. His boss wouldn’t. Be in until tomorrow. I order Jimmy Johns once or twice a week when traveling, and never had had this problem . I will never order from this Jimmy Johns again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. I will be making a formal complaint too.

  Horrible customer service and I don't think they've ever been trained on the individual sandwiches. Everything on everything. Sure cucumbers and sprouts for an Italian. Go to subway, cheaper and better... Still no mustard after returning to the store a second time

  I normally am a huge fan of Jimmy Johns. I have tried sandwiches from this location about 5 times now. It is true - they are freaky fast when it comes to delivery, but the quality of food in comparison to other Jimmy John’s locations is very poor. Every time I have had a sandwich there, it has been good meat and cheese, but the bread was a little crunchy. This last week when I ordered a sandwich from there officially made my decision to no longer order from this location. The bread on my sandwich this time was so hard I could barely chew it or bite into it. I had finally made the decision that lunch to just eat the meat and cheese. Very disappointed.

  The bread was rock hard and stale. Dry and hard to the core. We are not just talking crust. No napkin, didn't get my cup for the drink, service was slow. Longest I've ever waited at a Jimmy John's. I grabbed it and ran back to work. Couldn't exchange it as a result. Condiments were flavorless. I will not return to this location.
