::I ordered online at 11:39a called to check on my order after not receiving my food almost a hour and a half later! So at 1:15 i spoke with them and was told it was delivered at 12 noon.... Obviously not to my location! In which i verified they had the correct address! I was told that they will send me another sub free of charge. I called again due to not receiving my order again at 2pm and was told it was on its way. It is now after 3pm and i still have not received my food! I am very angry due to the fact that i missed my lunch waiting on my food that still has not been received and i could have order from somewhere else! I will never order from this location again!

::I've tried the jimmy john's once in my life from this location and the last! I was so curious about this sandwich shop because at he downtown you always see the line even outside their door. I got the sandwich with roasted beef which has only couple of slice of beef , lettuce and tomato in it and they not asking that you'd like to add any other things. And the pricing is way over than any other sandwich places around. I don't quite get what is about the get on the line for and wait.

::This location is horrible. I've ordered my lunch twice this week here they completly forgot my drink at the beginning of the week. I call and tell them they said they would credit me a free sandwich. I thought hey that's fair. Today I order said free sandwich. I added a drink and cookie the give me the wrong sandwich and a soda without and syrup in it( basically carbonated water). Never again. This location is trash. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
