  Great experience from getting an appointment quickly and handled professionally to having a dreaded root canal with no pain (from one with a phobia of dentistry)! Doc even put my crown back on as requested. He didn't like the idea, but honored my request. That's why I'm writing this. Not only was he not trying to upsell me, but also (and more importantly) he respected my request.

  Very friendly, nice staff. No waiting. Doctor is very talkative and friendly, makes you feel very comfortable. He really enjoys what he does and is very professional. I didn't feel he was trying to push me to do things that were unnecessary. Office has the F train right on the corner. Its' in Park Slope so if you're driving leave time to maybe search for a parking spot. Although I drove 2x's and found a parking spot relatively very quickly . Office is clean and very nice which is important for a dentist office!

  Dr was good, I had switched over to office because my wife and son were there. I had visit in January which was fine, hygienist was good, but needed to replace crown. I am disappointed in office staff as they mishandled submission for pre-approval for crown. I waited 2 months to find it had never been submitted when I called insurance. After calling them, they resubmitted and still never called me after it was approved the middle of April . They said they had sent out letter, which I never received. Original visit was in January and have been in discomfort and now pain and the soonest appointment I can get is May 19th. In the age of updated electronic submissions I would expect an updated office to be more efficient. Doctor was great but I will switch back to my old dentist subsequent to completion of this work. I would switch now but it would take too long to have to start process over. Staff was a bit rude as well, treated me in unprofessional manner when I questioned them in regard to the delay.

  A complete waste of my time and cab fare. I spoke with a receptionist about the urgent dental issue with my toddler. After giving her all required info (insurance, dob) making a same day appointment, she informed me upon arrival that my son was too young. Smh his birthday didn't give you that info. Good help with the ability to do simple math is obviously hard to find.
