  I have been through 7 sessions with Jim and honestly, I have not felt better in over 6-7 years. My back pains are totally gone! I have experienced a host of other health benefits including increased enegrgy, better sleep, and I have not had the need to take alergy medication. I feel more flexible and have went of several very long jogs after our session (last run was appx 9.7 miles following our 7th visit). I have tried multiple chiroprators, massage specialists, and doctors all who have not been able to give me the SUSTAINED relief I now have from Rolfing. I can not offer a higher recommendation.
