  We had an emergency with a leaky toilet!! JT just left our home, yep just left 8:30 at night. You couldn’t even tell how late it was with his positive attitude, he was helpful and professional all with a smile on his face, and got the job done efficiently. We are more then thankful to have received such amazing service!

  Mike at Jim England Plumbing has been our plumbing service provider for over 5 years. We have experienced both the usual and customary sorts of plumbing problems, as well as some tricky ones. The trickier ones involved issues that were behind tile. In every case, Mike has been able to successfully resolve the issue without having tile repair work to deal with after the plumbing repair is complete. I'm sure this can't always be the case, but he will research all options to prevent additional expenditures for his customers. He is knowledgeable of manufacturers warranty policies and has used those warranty's to save us the expense of eligible parts. Customer service is excellent from both the scheduler and the plumber. A rare quality anymore.

  We are selling our house and the buyer requested a fireplace tech service our fireplace. That guy was not much use. Enter Mike from Jim England. He not only found the small leak involved, but removed two tiles without breaking them (thank goodness, I didn't have replacements). For kicks, he gave fixing the fireplace a shot and got it done in record time. While all this is going on, my 4 year old was pestering him with questions. He was not only patient with my boy, but entertaining and all around a pleasure to be around. I have more great things to say about my experience so far with Jim England (including JT, who bailed me out more than once), but it would be too much to write. I can't recommend them enough!

  I do not feel this company was adequate and not very professional. We were not quoted a price before their services only after and we felt we were over charged for a job that was not complete.. After sending a letter, and asking that they come complete the job, they then over charged us a third time with out results. I would not recommend this company.

  I love Jim England plumbing, great service and fair pricing. They are very easy to deal with and Misty is great at scheduling and getting the guys out to my house. Thanks for all you guys do!!!
