  Been going to Jim Dandy Dry Cleaners for several years now. My clothes always come back in great shape and nothing is ever damaged. I couldn’t be happier with their dry cleaning service or their customer service. Even when I moved to Brooklyn I still continued to go back to Queens to get my clothes dry cleaned.

  reasonable pricing and clothes are ready when they say they will be.

  Damaged my suit slacks and took no responsibility. The owner/manager looked me in the eye and said nothing when confronted. Left this establishment for cleaners with more respectful customer service. Failed to build relationship with this willing customer.

  Clothes of my sister were stolen right after they finished washing. She asked the employees for support and this one lady didn't seem to care about the situation and had an attitude about it. This is the second time that's happened.
