  I am a repeat customer. I will continue to have my car serviced at Jiffy Lube. The friendly, courteous staff is a big plus. This past visit was so nice-the crew that serviced my car and Manuel were very cordial

  Was there last week to get an oil change and a quote for new tires. They did a great a job and allowed me to use my promo code I located online for the oil change. The manager Cleveland also said he would match or beat any pricing I found else where for my tires. Will definitely be back for the tires and my oil changes. Thanks guy, good work!

  Great place. They have the diagnostic tool for when you get the ‘there’s a problem’ lights, and they’re extremely practical. 2 times I’ve gone in and they’ve gone the extra mile to find a reasonable solution. Example #1 the problem could be a gas cap or a really expensive sensor. We try the gas cap first and it works. Example #2 the maintenance light is on and they show me how to reset it in 5 min no charge. In either they could (and many do) take advantage of the situation to try and sell me time, parts or service I don’t need, but both times they took the honest helpful route. They’ve earned my business from now on for being trustworthy and helpful.

  My husband usually deals with the vehicle business but I brought my car in today for an oil change and tire rotation. First, I called to see how long the wait was and John (manager)was the one who answered the phone! He had energy and seemed happy to be at work, he told me I was in luck as a there was no wait. His upbeat attitude put me in a better mood because really who likes going to get an oil change? I got there ten minutes later and John was true to his word, no wait! He had a very professional, young gentleman named Cleveland(Service manager) take care of the charges (my husband told me what I should be paying and what not to let them try to con me into), Cleveland was fantastic as there were no games! He told me their recommendations which lined up right with what my husband told me. All of the employees were in good moods, they were professional and most importantly they didn’t try to hustle me! They were awesome!

  Took care of me from start to beginning. Very attentive. Andrew, and Cleveland gave great customer service. They made sure I was happy with what was done to my truck (tire rotation and oil change) and that the service was on point. Location: Clean, tv looping car recommendations. Walking distance to Jack in the Box and other shops while waiting. Service: Phenomenal. The guys were very polite and personable. This is my first time to this location but I will be returning for my oil changes and other truck needs.
