  These idiots broke my valve stem and when I went to put air in my tires because they looked low and my rear passenger valve stem was broke off. Leaking air slowly. Save the hassle and don’t go to these clowns with anything. I went originally for an oil change. My oil change light is still going off so makes me wonder if they even changed the oil.

  It took me months to realize what these guys did to me. I went for an oil change and of course every time I come here, the mechanics pressure me into any upgrade they possibly can. I'm used to it and I just say no to everything- I know they're just doing their jobs. Once, they came out with an incredibly dirty air filter and told me it was mine and that I needed to change it. I figured, sure, go ahead. But I remember thinking it looked like someone had dragged it on the ground for dramatic effect- there was a feather on it, which just seemed weird. But I got my oil change, they charged me for the replaced air filter, and I went on my way. Months later, my car was having some trouble and since my dad is good with cars, he took a look. The issue was the air filter. Guess who DIDN'T change my air filter? This jiffy lube. How do I know? The filter they showed me was square. My filter, as I now know from replacing it with my dad, is very strangely shaped. They absolutely showed me a random air filter, lied, did not replace the one in my car, and charged me ~$20. When I finally changed the air filter in my car, it was clear it hadn't been changed since the car was new. I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube, and in fact I will not go back to any Jiffy Lube. I'll get my oil changes elsewhere. I'm not going somewhere that would so blatantly lie to me!

  I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a vehicle from Smithtown NY and drove it back to Baldwin NY where I live with zero issues so I stopped at Jiffy Lube at 598 Merrick Road in Baldwin for an oil change and other maintenance anyone would get with purchasing a car. The bays for the oil change are very steep, so the employees need to be very careful when pulling cars in and out for service. Once they were finished with service they pulled the car out of the bay carelessly. Once I was done paying I went out and noticed fluid pouring out the bottom of my car, it was my brake fluid, the line was damaged when the car was pulled down the bay. I had to call a tow to get my car because it had no breaks after fluid emptied on floor. I went to get the employee who pulled car out to ask what happened and he was across the street from the business talking to someone in a car avoiding me. I got the manager of location and explained what happened and he gave me a number to his “higher up” named Jason. Jason said to get the car fixed and get receipt to submit a claim. After submitting claim I was contacted by a woman named Connie out of Jiffy Lube corporate in Texas with a horrible attitude and zero people skills denying the calm. All in all this place is horrible and I hope no one ever uses them. I attached images of the damage they caused just to forewarn anyone else thinking about using them.
