  Very friendly and honest technicians, clean place with beverages and tv for customers . Will definitely continue my oil changes there

  They're friendly & professional. Helped me out alot, i dont know anything about cars or tires& needed some help changing mine, they did it for free & were very nice about it. My family has been coming here for years & many to come!!

  This Jiffy Lube has changed. Twice now the tech's tried to sell me things I did not need. Today my wife went in for an oil change and they did it again. The tech told her she needed an air filter, which I had just changed myself. He than tossed it in the trash. After my wife retrieved it out of the trash, he said it was a mistake. The trash barrel is not near the truck. This was once agin intentional. The tech's must be on commission. Be careful if you have your oil changed here. No more for us.

  Paid $100 for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. This was more than I have generally paid in the past, even at the dealership. The staff was awesome though and knocked everything out in about 30 mins. Very efficient. I really don't mind the upselling because they are pointing out things that you do actually need. Zack was Great!!

  Very chatty workers. I appreciate how hard they try to make you happy, however they try to up-sell you on everything. Had a Groupon so I used them, but if you just want a good oil change for way cheaper and with more genuine people go to Fast Lube & Tune @ 405 W Pioneer Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75051
