  I recently had a negative experience. Part of he service includes vacuuming and checking tire pressure. Upon leaving I realized the car was not vacuumed. This was annoying. The tire pressure however is my major concern. I specifically asked the tech if the tire pressure had been checked as I was taking a road trip with my son and 2 of his friends. He told me it was and gave me a specific number. Due to the obvious fact that my car wasn’t vacuumed I did not feel comfortable until I checked myself. The tire pressure was absolutely not checked, this was not acceptable.

  went in for an easy simple oil change. left with drain plug leaking and welds broken. now im not saying my truck had a good design for the drain plug threads(its spot welded in 4 places) but this shouldnt have happened. i went in for an oil change bc i didnt want to do one. i learned my lesson. i left with them telling me the last place stripped my threads(medford fast lube). how is that possible. i didnt start leaking till they touched my damn truck. anyways, i wanted my day to be easy and instead ended up having to fix the problem myself. WHICH wasnt no easy oil change.(drain oil, drop pan, re-weld threads back in place, put oil pan back on...then cotinue with rest of oil change)

  Although the young men were professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help; I must say that the wait was extremely long. The definition of "jiffy" is done in a short time; moment. There was nothing jiffy about this oil change. There was an RV in the center bay so there were only two available lanes. I was there Sunday the 21st and arrived at the same time as another gentleman who said to me "do you realize we have been here for over an hour?" An oil change that is $46.26 should come with excellent customer service and a "normal" turnaround time. All of us there on Sunday (around 3pm) should be offered coupons for future services. Once again, the mechanics were well trained and I appreciate their assistance but the wait was not acceptable.

  I went there on such a busy day thinking I’m going to spend hours there but that wasn’t the case at all I was in and out. extremely polite employees specially the manager joe g. Outstanding work efficiently throughout staff working collectively.

  Excellent service! Supervisor/ Assistant manager Leon S. Is easy to speak with as is knowledgeable. He showed me that he cared about customer service. And was personable enough to make me feel comfortable. Services were done correctly and timely. Ask 4 Leon,that's the Man that gets the job done right! Thanks guy.
