::Went in with no issues. No leaks non whatsoever! Now my car is leaking oil. They wanna blame my oil pin. Only after the fact, I took it back because it was leaking. Well your tech should have let me know there was a issue with my oil pin. Instead put it back and not even mention it or note it on my receipt. Your clerk didn’t hesitate to let me know my air filter was dirty. And by the way I did purchase. Because I am a woman who cares about the upkeep of her vehicle. Very unprofessional older dark dark black guy assisted me. Kept insisting if he was there they never would have never touched my car. Big lie! That is a very common issue and these types of vehicles get serviced everyday. This guy sounds like a fool. I guess he thought i was a amateur . Your tech wasn’t skilled enough to fix it and didn’t bother to let anyone know. Just let the customer drive away and leak. You didn’t see one dam spot from a leak before you touched it.Exactly why I don’t trust these types of places . I wouldn’t recommend this place to a goat! It could have simply been handled with a “thank you so much mam for coming back in we have our lead tech (manager or supervisor ) to resolve this issue and plug your car back the way it came in” . Just that dam simple. I am a small business owner and I know customer service goes a long way. First time I ever felt the need to leave a review. Very dissatisfied customer!!!!!

::I brought my vehicle for an annual inspection today. The gentleman who I first interacted with was polite/efficient, as was the gentleman behind the office desk. The inspection also was prompt. However, they lost my inspection paper. When I notified them, the mechanic who worked on the car (I believe his name was Fletcher) tried to brush me off, saying I didn't need it. When I pressed on the issue, he eventually found it, but he had a disrespectful attitude. Even though the inspection part was satisfactory, that last part was unprofessional & unacceptable, & I don't plan on doing business here again.

::3 stars because they were kind but didn’t seem that personable then again I’ve only been here once. Afterwards when everything was done I was relieved because I knew they were gonna vacuum my floors and wipe my windows like the other Jiffy Lubes do but to no avail. Floors, windows were the same the way I left it. But I’m glad I got my oil change done!

::Would’ve been a 5 star rating had they actually filled my tires with air like I had requested during my tire rotation. My tire light was on and I specifically requested that. Had to fill them up on my own, which is fine, but don’t tell me it’s done when it isn’t. Otherwise, I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

::Love it here it's affordable and the oil changes come with a free vacuuming. I was helped by a wonderful woman named Mary here. She was polite and cared enough to answer all of my questions despite the heavy flow of traffic. Even with four people ahead of me I didn't have to wait long. I was in and out, I will definitely be returning here for my next oil change!
