  Do not take you vehicle to this place. They didn't put coolant in my reservoir bottle and almost burned my engine up. Temperature reached 240 degrees and I had to be towed to a garage to add coolant in it. The garage said there was no holes in the reservoir or any of the hoses they inspected were brand new they just forgot to put it in. The people that work at this location look like a bunch of people that don't know what there doing. they never vacuumed my floor and my windows looked like they used a oily rag on them. I couldn't even see out of my windows. My wiper bladed they put on last time were to big but claimed it was fine, but it hit the bottom of my window every time it rained it was to long and had to be replaced and it took me to figure it out for the guy what was wrong. they all look like they are on some kind of drugs if you ask me. Especially when they neglect putting in radiator fluid in the reservoir bottle. This place needs to be inspected by the Automobile AAA because I'm going to the BBB and make a report and the Attorney General for fraudulently not doing the work there suppose to do and charging people for work that is not being done. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK THERE!!!!!

  Staff was professional and friendly. Reason for the poor rating is price. I paid over 100 for Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic (6 quarts). What a joke. This oil is typically around 70 to 80 Max at every other oil change place I've been to.

  12/26/17 SLOW! Came and was told they were waiting on parts so it would be 5-20 min wait before they could work do my oil change — they had 2 of 3 other stalls open too. So I chose to leave to do an errand and returned 40 mins later. So far, it’s already been an HOUR. I’m used to 15 min oil changes so this was disappointing. Just wanted a basic oil change. I will drive a little further for another place next time. Learned lesson. Just felt like they kept wanting to charge me more with additional services too. Update: Took 70 mins. Check out other options if your time is valuable. If you have time to wait and want a cheaper place (with coupon) $27.79 with coupon. The best part was the $20 off coupon and the fact my oil got changed.

  I always bring the work truck in here and I am usually in a hurry. They do a great job of getting things done quickly..

  As a very busy business woman, I rely on good work, at a fast pace, so if you value your car and time, don't go to Jiffy Lube because they will screw up your car as they did mine!
