  I came in for a state inspection and was told it'd be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I was told that my car had a check engine light (which it didn't have when I pulled up) and it failed emissions. Charged me $26.00 to make the check engine light come on! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I wish I had read the reviews on this place beforehand!

  I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube for years and realized I had never given them credit for it! They are always courteous, informative, respectful and I’m usually in and out.

  Got tye shop truck in right away and got the service done that was needed..... But was not able to do simple mechanical work onsite this location was only able to do simple oil change work it seems. Have 2 broken handles on the work truck and they didnt have the "tools" needed to be able to do such a repair.

  I stopped in because I was hearing a weird noise when turning my steering wheel. The manager took my car and checked several different things out and ultimately determined there was nothing wrong and the noise was most likely due to the rain/cold we have been experiencing the last several days. While he had the vehicle he noticed one of my tires was low on air and went ahead and filled it for me. All of this and he didn't charge me a dime! You could tell he really just wanted to provide excellent customer service and it worked! I have never been to this location before but I will be coming here every time going forward. The service he provided while being super friendly was just fantastic. Five thumbs up!!

  They need to stick with just doing oil changes. They turned up my van and messed it up to where I had to get a new engine. I would not recommend this or any other jiffy lube. They need to just stick with oil changes and bake jobs. That is all they are good for.
