  BEWARE of JHACS. SCAM ARTISTS. Anything but honest. Came to our house because our generator under warranty and service contract was not working and was told that the ignition system needed repair despite the fact that they had repaired 3 months ago. The owner, Al, blamed me, the client because we did not notice it had been out for 3 weeks. I asked if he had the parts and Al said yes but to spite us he would not come back until Monday to fix it (it was Wednesday morning). I called another company and they came right away and said that system did not need repair and was not working because gas valve was turned off. It was easily fixed with a flip of the valve. JHACS tried to scam us and tried to Generac by replacing an expensive part that was working fine. BEWARE USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
