  Stay away...do NOT use this contractor!!! They are unprofessional. They schedule appointments and either do not show up or are 2-3hours late and do not call to apologize. They are unorganized. I had to call them more than 3 times to get a quote. Fast forward to after the work was done...they charged me more than what they quoted. They had several versions of my quote and could not clearly convey my amount due. I paid the balance in full upon completion of work (signed paperwork and all) and a month later they sent me an email stating after they reviewed their paperwork, that I owed a balance of $300. How can you provide me with a receipt stating I paid the balance in full and have me sign off on it ...only to email me asking for $300 more. To top it off, I have been waiting for a month to receive a refund for unused thinset and grout. The refund check was supposed to be in the mail a month ago according to Jorge and we called every week since receiving the same response. Jorge is very unprofessional and unethical! This has been an awful experience. I should have known from the beginning when I had to drive all the way to Irving to MSI to pick out my granite because he had a limited samples displayed in his store. Save yourself a headache and do NOT do business with JG Natural Stone, LLC.!

  I would highly recommend this company. Jorge, Diago and his install staff went above and beyond. I was motivated to get it done and they aligned to my timeline. I am fairly involved with contractors and like to watch and talk sometimes while they are around. Jorge and his team answered any question and was also very collaborative during the install.

  I was needing a granite top for my daughters hall bathroom and trying to complete it before she had a beautiful new baby girl (she was born 2:41 am early Monday morning). I came in on a Saturday and they came installed it on the following Tuesday 1 day before she was released. Jorge and his team were awesome very friendly to work with and had great prices on the granite top we chose. The techian was also friendly and did a great job on the installation only took about an hour. The granite vanity top looked awesome I couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend JG Natural Stone for all your counter, vanity top and flooring needs. Thanks Jorge for the wonderful and quick response for this project.

  I (No Problem Services) have used JG Natural stone since they started their business. They have installed 90% of the countertops we have had installed in that time. The reason they have not installed 100% is because we offer our homeowners 3 options, good-better or best as it relates to price, finish, communication and promptness. Some homeowners can deal with good or better product while more often than not they want the best. When we offer the best option and that is what the homeowner wants, JG gets that call. They have grown in that time. They have great people in the office, their communication via email and phone call is very good. Their estimates don't have hidden charges or surprises after completion. Their installers are very professional and super clean during and post install. I've never filled out a survey for one of our vendors or contractors. I felt compelled to do it only after reading the negative comment by another contractor. I have never had a similar experience in 100 plus installs with JG. No company is perfect and sometimes there is some adjustments required. Never once have I had them let me or our homeowners down by getting a bad install or bad communication. I have never felt like they owed me or our homeowner a credit for something. I've always received the estimate with the drawings, a clearly outlined scope that I've had to sign and send in before fabrication. I had them do an install just this week. Before I had them go to the house for templates, I warned my customer of the bad review that I felt was probably missing facts ir all the details. I told them I've never had a similar complaint but if they prefer we could use another vendor. They agreed for us to use JG and like is their standard, my customer could not be happier. This is after we made an adjustment after template were taken and JG had to make an on site adjustment. I 100% recommend JG to anyone looking for high quality installation and fabrication. You won't get better. As mentioned, we have 3 different installers and JG does 90% of our work and will continue to do it as long as they are in business.
