  Cliff and Karen are the best, and the only jeweler I will use for higher end items and/or special occasions. Even from Tampa, FL, the purchase process is always seamless, backed by awesome customer service, and the prices terrific. Most importantly, my wife and I are always thrilled with the end result. Save your time, money, and trepidation of buying jewelry via fake sales/pitches and go with these guys.

  Such a great experience here - really friendly, great service, and good value. They fixed a broken prong on my engagement ring (and cleaned it) in 15 minutes while I waited, for only $35. Then they cleaned my wedding ring for free to make it equally shiny :)

  Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a price and time estimate right on the spot after examining it for about 5 minutes. They helped me with a ring resizing for a very reasonable price and did it very quickly. Called me as soon as it was done. Very friendly. Would go again! Traveled all the way from Brooklyn to go here and would definitely do so again in the future.

  Cannot recommend this shop higher! They were so patient with me while I worried about resizing my heirloom engagement ring. They also made a custom wedding band for an incredibly reasonable price, and did an amazing job with both. Go here!
