  We regularly come here with my husband for the past 7 years.They have one of the finest selection of jewelry in NY. Small, but VERY nice!! It is a small shop ran by husband and wife, who do the best repair work I have seen. ( actually I ended up visiting their place for the very first time because Zales ruined one of my gold rings..., which they fixed brilliantly... since than I brought here my mother’s and other family jewelry for repair and they have done commissioned pieces also beautifully ). The prices are very reasonable and they are always very kind. I highly recommend them!!

  ABSOLUTE RIP OFF...I brought a Citizen ECO Drive watch in repair. It had fallen, stopped & the crystal was broken. They assured me they could fix it for $55, the repair & cleanup was $20 & the crystal was $35(about $10 more than the nearest competitor). I specifically told them how much the watch cost & if they couldn't fix it for the price quote, I would just buy a new one. Picked the watch up 1 week later. It worked for an hour. They told me it was because it wasn't in the sunlight. Week after sitting in the sunlight...still didn't work. 4 return visits later. I was given every reason under the sun including their "English as a second language" excuse. Now I have to go to the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs. will never use their services again...

  Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have done many repairs on multiple things including simple things like watch battery replacements. I highly recommend this place.
