  First time coming to this store and I must say I enjoyed the service. Prices to repair my watch and bracelet were affordable. I'll recommend this place to anyone. Plus side is that it's only 10mins away from where I live.

  Amazing work done on my Cartier tank. Ralph’s restoration made it look like it was brand new again. Highly recommend.

  Just picked up my Rolex Presidential from Ralph. This is the second time I used him for a service job on my Rolex and both times he did an amazing job. He is very straight forward with his work and timelines, he uses genuine parts, and really knows how to service these intricate movements! His prices and time frame beats all the competitors and he delivers factory quality work.

  Ralph from Jewelry and Fix in Franklin Square gave me great service and was extremely accommodating. I would recommend his store for anyone that needs repairs or is looking to purchase a nice piece of jewelry. I gave him my Rolex to get cleaned and fixed and it has never looked or ran better!!!

  I had a bad engraving done on an expensive bracelet by a jeweler in my area. They gave it to me for free so I couldn't argue....because it was free. Like a bad tattoo, I needed to get it removed and redone the right way. Ralph was a true professional and put me at ease. The end product looked beautiful.....like the bad engraving never happened. Definitely found my new jeweler.
