  Terrible experience they broke the item while packaging it up, I get home and see it broken, so I brought it back in and then they accused me of breaking it. Said they could exchange but they didn’t have anything to exchange it with. Wouldn’t refund money, so now I’m stuck with a broken locket. Buyer beware would not ever deal with again.
