::Super bowl sunday I received a call after placing a order online from a random cell phone number stating very unprofessionally that they aren't making any more pizzas. I asked why, and was told cause we too busy, then she hung up. I understand that its Super bowl Sun day but does that mean being polite is not in order. She didn't even state a approximate time to call back and my order was pick up. Please do better. My family patronize this company too much to be given unsatisfactory customer service.

::Employees don't check the front of the store to see if people are in line, kids running around the back kitchen area (actual what the ****), incredibly long wait for food. Unless you have to have Jets, just order Happys or Dominoes. The icing on the cake? No napkins and they also refuse to deliver to me and I live less than a mile away.
