::I will never do business with this place again. I was in my office on a conference call when the delivery driver arrived, so he stood in my lobby banging on my glass windows & screaming at the top of his lungs to the point where I almost told him to just keep the order. I should post the video of him acting a fool since every inch of this place is on camera. Remember...Word of mouth is everything and camera's are always truth. He may act like that in other businesses, but not this one.

::I screwed up my order online and they fixed it for free and let me keep the other one. Superb customer service and excellent pizza!

::Not dine in, it is pick up or delivery. Solid pizza, deep dish is greasy in a good way. Salads are meh.

::I called in an order for pickup. Stated that I had coupons before placing my order and then told the employee what we would like. I even asked questions to make sure our order was exact. We had a coupon for a specialty pizza and ordered one after reading the descriptions from the menu off the back of the advertising they was sent to us. There was a big red bar with all the specialty pizzas listed, so it was VERY clear which pizzas were the specialties. We decided on the Jet 10 and I told the employee what the coupon was for and he took our order. We also ordered a 1 topping at the carry-out price on the same order. When I went to pick the pizzas up they told me I couldn't use the coupon because I didn't order a specialty pizza - there were no exclusions listed on the coupon. The manager said that I would need to pay $20 for it since I didn't have te proper coupon. He did admit that his new employee made a mistake - one that I would have to pay for. I felt like this was a bait and switch and not interested in paying more for misleading advertising. I went ahead and ordered a different specialty pizza but had to wait for it to be made. They either threw away our original specialty pizza or ate it themselves. Over an hour after we placed our order it was still not ready - they forgot to cook our cheese sticks. If they told us over the phone about their hidden exclusions and complicated terms for using a coupon, we would have ordered somewhere else. If they took responsibility for their mistake we might have ordered from them again in the future. The reason we decided to order pizza last night was because my husband was injured at work and spent the day in the hospital. We wanted something easy. I left him at home with our children (including a nursling infant) for a quick pickup which turned into a crazy long escapade. The manager kept saying their pizza is better and more delicious than others. It is good but not bait and switch good. Not complicated ordering hassle good. Not pay for someone else's mistake good.
