::I have ordered here several times before and always get the same pizza. A large vegetarian with cajun thin crust. I picked up my pizza yesterday only to discover there was no cajun seasoning on the crust. Since the pizza is $17 I called Jett's back and they put a manager on the phone. I wasn't asking for a free pizza or anything just wanting to let them know I spent almost $20 for a pizza that wasn't made how I ordered it. The manager then said he remembered my order and that he personally put the seasoning on the crust and that I was mistaken. I said well give me a number and I will text pictures of the pizza as there is no seasoning on the crust. He became very defensive and hostile, then said look I can't and won't give you a free pizza. I never asked for a free pizza I just wanted what I ordered and felt they needed to know. Maybe I'd get a coupon or something for the future since I order there quite often. Regardless they handled the situation very poorly. We usually finish the entire pizza but half went uneaten because it wasn't made how we like. I will not be ordering from here anymore for sure.
