  Fantastic experience they took Groupon no problem when I called for a reservation. When I arrived one of the ladies promptly assisted us it was the fastest check-in I've ever had. The boat ride was a nice experience with lots of spins. I just would have liked to have taken pictures while the boat was in action not just crusing. Overall still a fun time

  It was our first time doing jet skis. The girls in the office were very nice and they took care of us quickly even though the office was full. The guys of jet ski are very helpful, they explained to us how to use the jet skis and they indicated us the area where we could go, even one of them stayed in the area in case we needed help with our jet skis. We had a great time and we are planning to go again. Ideal for everyone, even with children because they care for safety.

  We were a large group and arrived without a reservation but Gabby was very friendly and did everything she could to accommodate us. We did the jet boat and the banana and had a great time. Prepare to get completely wet and have a lot of fun. A must do in Miami!!!

  Called to get info about riding jet skis from the associate we talked to she asked are you all both under 350? From the understanding on my end we both had to be under 350 pounds each when we got there we were informed that we had to be under 350 combined which was not properly explained over the phone. So we were forced to pay for another jet ski, we asked can we just get a refund back and the manager said she could not promise us a refund, On top of the miscommunication we had a 4:45 reservation and did not get on our jet ski until 5:45 which cause us to be late to our Miami Heat basketball game. Great experience when riding the jet skis just be mindful of our time their could be delays in time so if you are on a strict time schedule make sure you give yourself an hour or two just in case you have somewhere to be.

  I came to Jet Boat over spring break because I had never tried any water sports before. The whole team was super accommodating and taught me and my friend how to use the jet ski's really well. It was a very safe place to jet ski as well which I appreciated as a beginner. The jet boat tour was also really awesome and the tour guide was knowledgeable about the area. Definitely recommend Jet Boat Miami!!
