::Went into the store May 8th 2017 paid for a full sized head board, and dresser chest with my debit card. The salesman Emmanuel asked me to pay cash when I took out my debit card. I told him I didn't have $350 cash on me. He reluctantly took the debit card. Furniture was to be delivered the next day on the 9th, I stated calling the store about 3 pm when they didn't show up. Was told delivery at 4 PM, that came and went. I kept calling every hour until 10 pm they were closed, furniture never delivered. The next day I called them, spoke with the salesman Emmanuel, He claimed he couldn't remembered me, and didn't know when I was talking about. I immediately called my bank, the bastards already took the money out my account. I told the bank they never delivered the furniture, and has my money. The bank took the money back from their account it was deposit into. Those people have the nerve to be harassing me to be paid money, for furniture they never delivered. Maybe they think I pick money off a tree, and can give it away free; but that's not happening! Please be careful, don't purchase anything from that store. I don't know what kind of scam, or criminal activity they are running.

::I got a Couch set from this place last year. Two months after getting the set the chaise seat began to slump in I called and reported it to the the owner and Christina who sold me the set. I was told it is under warranty and it will be repaired. It has now been over a year and I am still getting a run around. I repeat do not get anything from this furniture store. Go to Bobs! I am sure you would fair off better. I wish I could give them zero stars!

::Bought a wardrobe. I was expecting delivery @ 6. When I called them back 2 hours later, they lied to me that they were trying to reach me which they never did. Don't even apologize/ acknowledge their mistake. Came late in the night. Horrible service.
