  Management is a joke. Food is terribly made and no one knows what they are doing. Found a hair in my Sandwhich. Lobby a mess, bathrooms were nasty Would not recommend this location. Any other Jersey Mikes location with a different owner would be better.

  I work next door at the Urgent Care and the service was excellent. The employee's were friendly. I will definitely be going back. It was a pleasure talking to Brandon Lathe.

  Second time eating at Jersey Mike's, first time at this location. Loved the Big Kahuna last time, so I figured I should try a cold sub. I got a club supreme with roast beef, turkey, and bacon on white. A VERY good sandwich! The quality of the ingredients is top notch. The bacon was fresh off the grill too! My wife got the super sub with the rosemary bread. She loved it! The staff here was also very friendly. Will definitely be returning. This location doesn't seem as cramped as the Denton Hwy location.

  The sandwiches from here are always good. They rarely make mistikes, but when they do they more than make up for it. Whenever I go in or talk to someone on the phone they are always more than hospitable. However I feel like one employee went above and beyond. Kayla, I think the spelling is right, was more than helpful in a complex situation. She was able to walk me through a weird order without getting hostile. I would be proud if I was her manager.

  As someone with celiac disease, ordering "gluten-free" can be a risk. I was very impressed with Jersey Mike's handling of my gluten-free order. They took my sandwich off the line and made it separately. The employee that added the lettuce, onions, etc washed his hands and replace his gloves. It was clear that they had been trained in handling gluten-free orders. Thank you for understanding customers with food allergies and please keep up this level of attention to detail.
