  Had high hopes for this place. Called and first got a woman that could hardly understand me then was passed off to a guy that had a rather hard time answering just two questions. While still being polite to them, randomly I was told “I don’t have time for this” then hung up on me. Rude not informative. Being treated like a value customer is more important than the cost and honesty I would rather spend my $100. Elsewhere.

  Wow, the staff is so amazing and helpful. I got a bouquet made for my mother and it is beautiful. Their online orders were fully booked so I went to the store and on short notice they were able to accommodate my request. Prices are amazing and over the top service. This is my second order and I'm hooked.

  Excellent customer service, ordered flowers for a wedding right on the spot. Was very patient, answered all questions and didn't mind providing a free estimate. Plus, florist gave bride to be a bouquet of flowers as a thank you! I've been dealing with many florist for years and this was a first.

  Very nice staff. Went in here to purchase a Valentines day Bouquet. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but Eddie was very helpful. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. Prices are fair and much cheaper than 1-800 flowers. I also went here four years ago to order flowers for my Grandmothers funeral and they were helpful then as well, which is why I keep coming back!

  We had our wedding at the Marina Del Rey and Lou and his staff were amazing to work with. The floral arrangements for the ceremony and the reception were beautiful and met the brides needs. Responded to our needs and met them accordingling.Will be working with them soon.
