  Everything started off great when i arrived at Jeno Autoplex. I told them what i wanted and that i still owed on the truck i was wanting to trade in. They agreed and said that was no problem. I bought my new truck on April 11, 2018 and here it is May 18,2018 and my truck i traded in is still not paid off. They will not return my calls and they keep giving me the run around about paying the truck off. They are still saying that they sent the check and that they paid it off but the people that i bought it from is saying that they have not received it... When this gets completed i MIGHT bump it up to 3 or 4 stars but right now i would say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CAR LOT IF YOU ARE TRADING IN A CAR THAT IS NOT PAID OFF...

  It the most fun place to go purchase a vehicle at. Not to forget that my salesman Leo was very helpful with the whole process thanks Leo I bought my car there because of you God bless you..

  Helberto and Leo are completely magnificent! They have taken great care of me through this whole process and have made me feel so relaxed and sure of the car I was financing. I will forever come back to them!!!!

  Do not purchase from them. They are shady and dishonest. They duplicate paper tags and use them on multiple vehicles. They have not paid off my trade in for over a month despite me paying them in full. They drove my trade in on the TexExpress incurring toll charges in my account. Honestly, save yourself a headache and go to a larger reputable dealership. It took police involvement to get a straight answer and i am currently filing reports to the various state agencies to resolve my issues with Jeno Autoplex. Todd is the person i dealt with. He is a dishonest, belligerent and shady person. Save your time, money and sanity.

  I have seen a lot of bad reviews about cars people have bought so I am not reviewing my car I am not reviewing my car I haven't had it long enough for that. My experience here was wonderful. Wesley was great and helped me find what I wanted. I was not pressured into buying anything and everyone was so nice and friendly.
