  Most unprofessional and unbelievably rude! Three strikes in baseball and in oil delivery as well. I will not be calling Jennings and Jennings again. Please change the company name to Jackass and Jackass!

  Got heating oil from them one time did not even call before arriving filled up without even telling me and then I didn't even know if they filled it up to fill up the tank anyhow that was first time happened second time call them 3 days later I call him like hey my brother. He said all we don't want to deliver to your area horrible service if you could wait a month to get hearing from them this is the best choice if you're looking to get heating oil that really works for you then they're not your choice

  Staff is rude and unprofessional. They hardly answer the phone. They don't give ETA, they just say they'll show up later
