  Buyer beware. Theres a reason they havee as many 1 stars as 5 stars. I do not recommend shopping here if you have to order a couch. Order online or just get what is currently available at their NY warehouse. Over 2 months and we never got our couches. Worst establishment. @ 1st we couldn't get a refund now all of a sudden we can. There was no communication unless we called

  I've been dealing with them for years and they are both friendly and have the greatest prices I've ever seen. I have bought all my couch sets from there throughout the years and love the free custom options. Since I moved away from the area, they still charge really low delivery charges, as in $20.00 or under depending on the item, not how many items there are in the order Not to mention they are very good with contacting you to arrange a delivery. I would highly recommend them.

  I came in recently to get furniture for my living room and was helped by General Manager Mike Perez! Let me tell you that the service given by him was nothing short of professional and amazing! He was able to answer every question and my husband and I left with a great couch set!!! Couldn't be more happier with my experience and I will definitely be back to see Mr. Perez for a new bedroom set! Thanks again Mike.
