  Where to start here I don't even know. My wife and I found one sectional we really liked at the store. Turns out it would need to be special ordered and would come in 6-8 weeks. The 10 week mark hits and no one seems to know what is going on. My wife called up for a status and the woman she talked to decided to not accept any responsibility for the delay and completely blame the manufacturer. In addition she had the nerve to say we already got a great deal on the couch and shouldn't receive any compensation for the delay, completely irrelevant to the situation. She also says we need to keep calling back for an update. If we actually mattered as a customer, someone would have the courtesy to call us with a real explanation and an update. I got on the phone and finally talked to Fred, who was actually very nice and understanding. He called the manufacturer to find out their was a fabric delay. That I do not blame Jennifer for, but customers should be called at the least to be notified of a delay. Fred offered us some store credit and partial refund which was fair. Flash forward to today, May 27th. The furniture has arrived! Unfortunately its 3 inches too short on one side and 1 inch too short on the other side, making it look awkward in our living living room. The 1 inch we can deal with but the side missing 3 inches really the sectional look undersized in the room. To make matters worse, no one ever seems to call to confirm delivery. I had to call myself yesterday and was told our time slot was 9:30-1:30 and we were the 3rd stop. Of course they show up at 9AM and the delivery man tries to tell me 9AM is 9:30. Just a completely terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go to another store. There are so many options on Route 110.

  Fantastic selection of quality designer items, especially unique items. The service is really friendly and flexible and same day delivery service is a huge bonus. I have bought multiple items from Jennifer Furniture and enjoy each of them. I would recommend this place to a friend who is looking for nice pieces.

  Bought dining table and chairs. Good selection, fairly large showroom. Convenient location. Visited all the furniture stores up and down 110 as well as over in Carle Place/Garden City area. Salesperson was helpful, patient and most importantly not pushy. Paid more than what I originally intended to spend but I'm really happy with my selection. Delivery came within a week.
