  This Toyota Tacoma that had a truck number 354 nearly clipped the front of our vehicle. We were getting on 199 and he clearly wanted to get on 199 but was in the wrong lane. He was on his cell phone the whole time which is probably why nearly he hit us. He was probably speeding up quickly to beat all the traffic. He should learn to drive better especially if it has a company name on the side of his truck.
