  This is an A class dry cleaner. Never has broken a button. Never damaged a shirt. Never lost a shirt. Never damaged a tie. Does an expert job, the shirts are never stiff or stained on the neck or anything. The shirts are always beautifully done and folded the old traditional style with minimal plastic or cardboard. Also, I moved out of town for 5 years and when I moved back he immediately remembered my name, after going to him for only 6 months before I moved! He cares about his clients, and their clothes. Highly recommend.

  Only used them to hem a pair of jeans. The color of stitching was very poorly chosen. I'm not familiar with the practice (usually buy off the rack fit to length) though my wife said it was the worst hem job she had ever seen.

  I have been in the men's apparel business for years and find Jem Lee Cleaners to be the best laundry and dry cleaner in the Metropolitan area. Many, if not all, of my apparel professionals friends and acquaintances use them. They hand fold shirts in a proper flat pack around a single tissue - no plastic or cardboard. All garments are finished by hand and it shows.

  thought i was going to get the old fashion clean and fold like i was in HONG KONG forgot i was in darien Ct. brought in about 30 set of cloths got back in 4 garbage bags and handed the rest to me by hand not even folded.Never will go back again.
