  Excellent, knowledgeable staff. A very good place to shop for quality luggage. My wife has purchased all of our luggage at Jekyll & Hyde for more than 20 years.

  Great service. The people working here are super courteous and professional, providing expert repairs and knowledge of goods. I have not made a purchase here yet, but after my interaction for the repair will happily give them my business when I'm in need of luggage in the future.

  I had a leather messenger bag strap shortened which required cutting and restitching. The owner performed the service for a very low price and, at my request, got it back to me the same day. Excellent.

  Great service. Employees are enthusiastic and professional and work promptly. I've never made a purchase here but after being there for a repair, I would go there in the future as they had a wide selection of quality items to choose from.

  I needed a leather strap replaced on a family heirloom that hung in my grandparents house for 70 years. Matt at Jekyll & Hide understood exactly what I needed and proceeded to bring the piece back to its original look. I was thrilled at the quality of the repair! I was so happy that I started to cry in the store!! Please do your shopping at this family-run establishment ~ the selection, quality, and service are very rare these days. There is a beautiful selection of luggage, handbags among many other items. And some really unique pieces too! I am going to be able to surprise my family on Christmas thanks to Matt and Jekyll & Hide!
