  I came here and used the self service vacuum and car wash. I didnt use the automatic wash so my rating does not reflect that. This is a smaller location than the one off Nicholasville. They don't offer hand washing. There's 3 self car wash bays and maybe 8 vacuums. The vacuum I used seemed new and it has two different settings. One gives a minute less of time than the other because it had more motor power behind it. The prices for the vacuum weew pretty reasonable. I used the more powerful one in my car and it was able to get animal hair out of my seats. Which is pretty good because usually I have trouble getting animal hair out of my seats at other car washes. The only thing I didn't like about the vacuums is that it does not tell you how much actual time is left. It just has a bar that flashes at the top and counts down how many bars you have left till there's no more and you run out of time. But, what is nice is that what you do run a time it gives you a minute or two to put some more coins in so that you don't have to put in the full amount to get the vacuum started again. The car wash part was okay nothing special there. Just your standard high pressure rinse wash hose which had things like a wax spray and also a spray to use at the end so that your car in Windows don't have watermarks. They also had the standard brush as well. I don't think the outside of my car was any cleaner than it would have been if I'd have gone anywhere else. Due to the location I will be back.

  Busted out the window in my car. At first, they tried to play it off as if they couldn't figure out how to roll it up. Then, they claimed it was already broken when I got there. Then, they claimed that their camera footage of that day was 'erased by a thunderstorm'. Then they said "if you want to see those tapes, you'll see them in court." If you like your car, go somewhere else. *This happened a few years ago, and I have never been back since.

  $10 for the top carwash and my car looks great afterwards. Got all the salt and grim off.

  The Ying: Good service, gentleman help me out answer my questions and there's timers that show you how much time you got left on your dime; lots of options and everything seems to work fine. The Yank: None. No complaints.

  Terrible! Pricing is outrageous and the water pressure is non existent. Don't waste your time or money!
