  Unfortunately, I was unable to even receive services here. I went in for a new patient cleaning. As I was sitting in the waiting area, there were two ladies behind the reception desk, one who was Caucasian and the other I never saw. They were whispering back and forth about me and being unable to find my forms, which I submitted electronically. This already gave me an uncomfortable feeling but they found the forms and I continued to wait to be called back. Then, a call came through which was answered by one of the first lady, who’s name I did not get. After answering a few questions regarding insurance, the receptionist hangs up the phone as if frustrated and says “Uugghh! Bye lady!” She then says to the other receptionist “That was some ignorant Black lady!” As a young, African American/Hispanic female, this was upsetting to hear and a very disappointing experience. Upon hearing that, I walked to the desk and let her know that I was leaving after hearing the comment she had made because I no longer desired services from this establishment. I expressed that her comment was not nice and completely unacceptable. Being in a position of customer service, hopefully she will be more mindful of her remarks while in such an environment and more appreciative of current and potential patients. Response* Dr. Jones, I appreciate your response and concern in this matter. I believe that this may not have been an issue or complaint before but today it happened. I visited the Baylor office on 4/25/2023 at 11:00am for a new patient appointment

  I got a root canal and crown on one of my molars. The crown came off 3 times within 2 years. The last time it came off he realized that the crown was not sealed properly and damaged my tooth underneath. The only resolution now is an extraction and dental implant which is very expensive. I’m extremely disappointed in the work I received.

  Very unprofessional, appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance and cancelled without notice. Luckily I called to confirm ahead of my arrive. No valid reasoning was provided. I would suggest going somewhere that values their 'potential client's' time.

  I have been going to Dr. Jones for years, and they provide excellent service. I never have to wait for my appointments. They are always on time. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone who needs a great general dentist, who also provides orthodontics as well.

  The staff is awesome. My dental hygienist is very friendly, and always provides a pleasant experience. She’s wonderful! Dr. Jones is also a pleasure to interact with. I like the location close to downtown Dallas and parking has never been a problem. Even with the pandemic I was able to get my teeth cleaned. They are taking the necessary precautions and I felt safe getting work done.
