  Greeted with a huge smile on arrival. The staff replaced my anxieties with a delightful experience. Room and bathroom were spacious, spotless with pressure shower and tub. Liked the menu list with nice selections. Definitely recommended and gladly stay there again!

  The lobby and hallway are pretty clean. Some nice decor. The bathroom window is transparent. Doesn't have a curtain or, at least, should use a thicker glass. The room carpet is full of stains.

  THE GOOD.... Bed good, room small but clean for it’s old age. TV good, AC good. Coffee maker in lobby OK. THE BAD.... No chair, no phone, Could not get ice because they didn’t even have a bucket. Front desk clerk said he could get some ice if “I had a container”. Shower was a joke THE UGLY.... The management and front desk was a joke. Tried to confirm reservation and the front desk could not do it. No front desk computer. Then sent email via their website ‘contact’ page to confirm with no response. All this for close to $100 a night. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

  Read some dodgy reviews about this before we left and were a bit apprehensive about our stay. Turned out we had nothing to worry about. The hotel is relatively new so all rooms are pretty modern. Our room was spacious with a particularly nice bathroom. The valet parking is $10 a night which I highly recommend. Your car eill be kept in a secure area around the rear of the hotel. The general area the hotel is in is a bit rough looking but I wouldn't let that put you off.

  We had a very good experience here! Stayed one night on our way to a cruise. We needed a place that was close to the port, clean and reasonably priced and the Jefferson is all of those things. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining where to go for food and entertainment. Easy walk to downtown little Havana. It is in a residential area and as you get to the main street there are bars/ metal shutters on businesses just as I've seen in most cities but we never felt unsafe even after dark. Everyone we meet on the street (locals) were coming from or going to work and were pleasant. The room was small but clean and everything worked fine. We were on the first floor near the lobby and yes, we could hear noise from the lobby until about 9 pm but it wasn't excessive and didn't start again until after 8 am. We were very pleased and would certainly stay here again!
