  Attention to detail, great customer service, hardworking devoted technicians is the service I received from this business. My car looks brand new. The understanding and patience Steve took to listen to my issue and provide me with a resolution is much appreciated and valued. The guy wears his heart on his sleeves.Thank you.   @James Yoh I experienced the exact same treatment. If you(Jefferson) decide after telling a prospectove customer that you will call them with a estimated price for repair, that you do not want their business, be a professional and let them know that.

  Owner seems quite decent however the WORK has much to be desired. Cheap parts = terrible results, surprised that kind of workmanship is approved by anyone in the industry.

  After visiting Jefferson to get a quote 2 months ago, I haven’t received one — despite leaving 2 voice messages for either Steve or Jerry. My opinion? Find yourself a real professional, and don’t go to these guys.

  Absolutely the most honest and nicest team to work with. 1000% Reliable! Steve, Neil, Jerry, Tom & Ed are Really Good Guys that I have had the pleasure to work with on several occasions.
